Smokin' Hot Threesome has a base of beets and pomegranate.  All vegetables including the peppers (Jalapeno, Serrano, & Habanero) are hand smoked in Hickory chips.  The result is a smoky sweet flavor great on all our barbeque favorites.  Made with fresh produce color may vary.

Sweet Chili is our version of a traditional sweet chili sauce.  Made with a fermented chili sauce from another local small business “Beyond Pickles’ Garlic Sambal”.  This sauce is perfect on your Asian culinary favorites: Stir Fry, Rice, Noodles, or Egg rolls.  This sauce is also amazing on Hamburgers, French Fries, or Potato Wedges.  

Plum Sassy is our plum ginger sauce.  Made with farm fresh red plums and fresh minced ginger and garlic.  This sauce is a mild sweet hot sauce and perfect on Tempura chicken or any Asian culinary favorites.  Be daring, try it on French Toast or a Crepe.

Orange Chili Passion is our unique orange chili sauce.  Made with Orange Juice and fermented chili sauce from another local small business “Beyond Pickles’ Garlic Sambal”.  This sauce is perfect on Egg Rolls or other Asian culinary favorites: Stir Fry, Rice, Noodles, or Orange Chicken.
